Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays).
- You will receive a tracking number upon the placement of your order or when the order ships. This depends on daily workflow.
Carrier Information
- All orders are shipped exclusively through USPS. No alternate carriers are available at this time.
Estimated Delivery Windows
- Delivery estimates are determined by USPS and may vary depending on location, weather or seasonal demand. Once your package is in the possession of the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Damages & Lost Packages
- We carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely. However, once the package has been accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by USPS handling. This includes but is not limited to broken objects upon arrival, open or torn boxes, or lost shipments.
- If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact USPS directly to file a claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
- If your package shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office for assistance.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
- We are proud to offer $12.99 flat rate shipping for orders 5lbs and under.
- Orders 5.1lbs and over will have a $19.99 shipping rate.
- Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or fees.
